Latest news:
- There will be branch pickup the week of October 13.
Be Mindful Where You Place Branches Curbside
The City’s Public Works crews utilize a grappling truck to collect a large quantity of branches at one time. Consequently, any structures around or underneath the pile may be damaged during collection. The City asks all residents to look out for and avoid placement of branches and/or yard waste on any of the following locations. This will help maintain the structural integrity and safety of our crews. Avoid placing branches and yard waste on:- Manholes
- Handholes
- Junction Boxes
- Meter Pits
- Standpipes
- Sprinkler heads
- Inlets
- Drains
- Poles/Posts
- Guy Wires
- General Equipment or Structures
- Sidewalks
- Bike Lanes
- Boulevards
- Picnic Saturday, September 27 with Panther Creek West.
At the corner of Panther Creek and Foxhall Lane from 5 until 9.
- See the pdf below for information about neighborhood watch and our neighborhood police officer. If you are interested in being a block captain please contact board member Robin Brinkmeier.
- AT&T is in the early stages of wanting to upgrade our facilities in the Panther Creek subdivision to provide fiber services. This is a significant upgrade for service. This will require using the existing utility easements (where our copper cables are) to directional bore in new conduit so we can pull the fiber through it. This would also include placing some small “handholes” (17”X30” underground boxes) as connection points. I think most of the easements in Panther Creek are in front of the properties so that is where the work would be taking place. I don’t have a date yet as to when the work will take place.
- Dues for 2025 are $125 and are due by June 30th.
